The renovation of an apartment built in the seventies in São Paulo sought to adapt it to the needs of a young family. The original plan by architect Ruy Ohtake was recovered and updated – in order to exacerbate programmatic aspects of modernist living. The materiality of the spaces then received a new proposal.
